Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.
We still want to know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please understand that Queencoach Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
